Meetings will take place either in the lower level room of the banquet center or the ROPEX Hospitality Room (ground floor of the Best Western Hotel). A lunch area is available daily . Note that the lower level is not handicap accessible.
See individual exhibits for times the exhibitor will be available to answer questions about his or her display.

Everyone is welcome to attend Saturday evening's buffet Awards Banquet. The dinner will feature
carved prime rib and ham, baked chicken, seafood Newberg, and all the trimmings.
Tickets are $20 per person and must be purchased by March 1. Make payment out to

The RPA negotiates the lowest possible rates from the show hotel, the Best Western Diplomat Hotel, adjacent to the facility.
We expect the ROPEX rate to be between $50-$60 single/double. You must mention ROPEX at the time of booking to receive the discount.
Only a limited number of room nights are available at this rate on a first come, first served basis.
